Shipping
- Shipping/duties/taxes costs are the responsibility of the retailer and will be calculated and added to the final invoice.
- Retailers may select air or sea shipping. Air shipping offers faster delivery at a higher cost, while sea shipping is more economical but requires a longer transit time.
- Orders will ship once all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Cancellation & Order Changes
- All cancellation and order-change requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation. Requests made after this period are subject to approval and may not be accepted once production or fulfillment has begun. Any deposit paid becomes nonrefundable once production begins. Approved changes may affect pricing and delivery dates.
- All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to reasonable production and transit delays. If an order cannot be shipped within the confirmed delivery window, Swiff will notify the retailer and provide a revised estimated ship date. If the delay extends beyond 30 days after the original delivery window, the retailer may cancel the affected merchandise and receive a refund of any deposit paid toward those items. Swiff is not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, port, or other delays outside its reasonable control after shipment, but will assist the retailer with available tracking and claims.
Returns & Damaged Goods
All wholesale sales are final. Returns are not accepted for unsold merchandise, customer returns, or buyer preference. Claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be submitted in writing within five business days of delivery and include photographs and the applicable order number. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement merchandise, account credit, or refund at Swiff’s discretion. Merchandise may not be returned without prior written authorization.
